Pinot Blanc

Pinot Blanc originates from France. It is typically delicate, verging on apparent sweetness because of the low acidity.

Distinguished by a nice straw yellow color with gentle golden shades.

Intense, fine and persistent fragrance, that reminds us of white flowers, acacia, pears, and a bit of grapefruit.

This wine is dry, fresh and rich in taste. The flavor is balanced by its medium warmth and softness. The aftertaste is long-lasting.

Pinot Blanc will be a nice match with stronger fish and white meat dishes without outstanding fragrances.

We use as little enological interventions as possible in the process of making wines, which requires very thoughtful work in the vineyards.

Not too many grapes per vine, exclusively manual work and best growing locations are the key to hight quality wines, that can compete on demanding wine markets. Our goal is to produce unique wines with low acids and velvet softness.
