Cabernet Franc might be described as the feminine side of Cabernet Sauvignon. It is subtly fragrant and flirty, rather than massively muscular and tough.

Ruby red color with purple shades. Clarity and nice density predict an intense and characteristic wine.

Fine but intense aromas of red fruits (blueberries, sour cherry and raspberry) with a hint of forest undergrowth and soil.

The flavor surprises us with pleasant freshness and elegance. It is dry, fairly warm, soft, balanced, intense, harmonious and youthful. A long lasting aftertaste reminds us of herbs, raspberries and blackberries.

Poultry, rabbit, lasagna and other kinds of pasta with meat, even vegetarian pizza, is a nice choice for pairing with Cabernet Franc.

We use as little enological interventions as possible in the process of making wines, which requires very thoughtful work in the vineyards.

Not too many grapes per vine, exclusively manual work and best growing locations are the key to hight quality wines, that can compete on demanding wine markets. Our goal is to produce unique wines with low acids and velvet softness.
