Style: still, dry, fresh white wine

Geographical area: Slovenia - Goriška brda

Harvest: completely manual, from our own vineyards

Age of vineyards:  10 years

Vinification: old maceration for 8 hours, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at monitored temperature, and soft pressure with pneumatic wine press. Static decantation of must.

 

Maturation:  at least 8 months in stainless steel tanks and at least 1 month in the bottle

 

Bottling: 0,75 l

Alcohol: 13,0 % vol

Serving temperature: 10 - 12 °C

We use as little enological interventions as possible in the process of making wines, which requires very thoughtful work in the vineyards.

Not too many grapes per vine, exclusively manual work and best growing locations are the key to hight quality wines, that can compete on demanding wine markets. Our goal is to produce unique wines with low acids and velvet softness.
