Pinot Gris or Pinot Grigio is a gray-violet type of grape that usually results in white wine with onion orange shades of color. It doesn’t have an impressive or unique flavor, but it does offer a refreshing twinkle of acidity and a rich fruity taste.

Our Pinot Gris has a vibrant straw yellow color, with a nice expression of onion orange shades.

The smell is intense, persistent and full. It is predominantly fruity, reminiscent ripe tropical fruits (pineapple) and citruses (grapefruit).

The taste is dry, nicely warm, fresh and mineral. It is balanced, fairly persistent with great elegance and harmony.

It is a great match with fish and delicate meat dishes.

We use as little enological interventions as possible in the process of making wines, which requires very thoughtful work in the vineyards.

Not too many grapes per vine, exclusively manual work and best growing locations are the key to hight quality wines, that can compete on demanding wine markets. Our goal is to produce unique wines with low acids and velvet softness.
