Davor: “Making wine means finding your path of taste and follow it, by learning and constantly improving. It is like life itself - you never know everything, you are always learning, changing, evolving.
Me and my family listen to our hearts, we work hard and use our knowledge to make the best wine possible. And for us it is the best!”
Approximately 36.000 vines are spread on 9 hectares, divided in 12 parcels.
Most of them are located in our home village Vipolže, others in Kozana and Cerovo, and the rest in the Italian wine growing region Collio.
Our most produced wine is the autochthonous Ribolla, followed by Chardonnay, Merlot, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. White wines represent 70 % of the total production.
Good grapes are fundamental for the quality of the wine,
so we put a lot of effort and thought in the vine growing. We tend to have a lower return on the grapes, not to over-exhaust the vines and we do all the work by hand.
We try not to harm the nature, so we joined the Association for sustainable farming years ago.
